CHARGES PER DAY FOR ROOMS, COTTAGES & HOUSE BOATS FROM SEPTEMBER 1, 2007 TO AUGUST 31, 2008

Rajah Islands offers treatment for several illnesses. The Ayurveda doctors at the Islands decide on the course of treatment to be administered after examining the patient. Patients undergoing such treatments will be charged on a per day basis.

The daily charges for each type of accommodation is shown on the chart below.

Treatment charges and food per person will be about $ 47 per day in the above case.

Each additional person accompanying the patient and staying in the same quarters and not undergoing treatment will be charged $ 14 per day.

All charges are in US Dollars.

For the convenience of the guests visiting for rejuvenation therapy, Rajah Islands offers rejuvenation packages ranging from 3 day to 28 days.

The chart below shows the various rejuvenation packages available and their rates. The mentioned package charges are applicable to the patient in whose name the quarters is registered. Each person sharing the quarters with that patient and undergoing rejuvenation treatment will be charged as per charges mentioned in the row showing data for Additional person.

Doctors may prescribe additional treatment depending on the condition of the patient. Such treatment may cost about $ 5 per day.

The rejuvenation packages include:

  • Consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor each day & daily checkups.
  • Accommodation
  • One major treatment (Elakizhi, Sirodhara, Uzhichil, etc.) and one minor treatment (Thalam, Face Pack, etc.) each day.
  • Food as advised by doctors as per the constitution and condition of the patient.
  • Yoga classes.

Cultural programs, short sight-seeing trips (if permitted by the doctors) etc. are arranged once in a while.
